When you use the ‘Get in Touch’ feature to contact us via our website, an email is sent to [email protected] via the contact form. This will notify our Sales Team of your name, email address and query. This information will be retained firstly to solve your query and following this to ensure that the Sales Team are aware of your previous communications. If you would like us to erase this data, please email [email protected] or include it in your original message.

When you call Atech Support, we use a cloud-based business phone system, Ringcentral. This allows us to stay connected when working remotely or on the move, helping us to offer flexible working and the best experience for our customers. All of our telephone calls are recorded, for monitoring and training purposes.

What will we do with the information you provide to us?
All of the information you provide during the process will only be used for the purpose of progressing your application.
We will use the contact details you provide to us to contact you to progress your application & we will use the other information you provide to assess your suitability for the role you have applied for.
What information do we ask for, and why?
In order to apply for a role, we ask for your full name, email address, phone number and a copy of your CV, which may include your career history, home address and any other information voluntarily provided. If you use our online application system, this will be collected by BreezyHR on our behalf (please see below).
The information we ask for is used to contact you in regard to your application and to assess your suitability for employment. You don’t have to provide what we ask for, but it might affect your application if you don’t.
We do not collect more information than we need to fulfil our stated purposes and will not retain it for longer than is necessary.
Who are BreezyHR?
BreezyHR are a third-party data processor who provide elements of our recruitment service for us. Once you click ‘Apply’ you will be taken to Atech Support’s Career Portal, hosted by Breezy HR and they will hold the information you submit but Atech Support will have access to it.
BreezyHR cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do so. They will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us & they will retain it securely for the period we instruct.

Subject Access Requests
Atech Support tries to meet the highest standards when collecting and using personal information. For this reason, we take any complaints we receive about this very seriously. We encourage people to bring it to our attention if they think that our collection or use of information is unfair, misleading or inappropriate. We would also welcome any suggestions for improving our procedures.
